NODULIZER
A nodulizer is an addictive that can promote the forming of spheroidal graphite from graphite piecesin the production processes. It can foster spheroidal graphites and increase the number of spheroidalgraphites so that their mechanical properties are improved. As a result, the ductility and toughness of theproducts have been improved so that their power and functions are greatly strengthened.
The product is mainly used in manufacturing of ductile iron for metallurgy, aerospace, military, auto-mobiles, internal combustion engines, machine tools, wind power and other fields. And the product is di-vided into common rare earth nodulizer and yttrium-based heavy rare-earth nodulizer. The common ra-re-earth nodulizers are made with light rare earth and good for production of the most ductile iron cast-ings while the yttrium-based heavy rare- earth nodulizers are manufactured with yttrium heavy rare earth,which is good for production of ductile iron castings that are of thick, and large sections and require higher anti-recession.

◆The product elements are evenly distributed and the main elements enjoy small deviation which can be controlled within土0.2%;
◆Reaction to the nodulizing treatment is stable and the rate of magnesium absorption is high;
◆The magnesium oxide control of common spheroidizing agent and heavy rare earth spheroidizing agent complies with the requirements of GB/T 4138-2015, and that of the high-efficiency spheroidizing agent is no more than 0.2%. Stable original molten iron and mature spheroidizing processare necessary for a stable control of the residual magnesium;
◆The nodulizing process of the highly effective nodulizers sees less slag produced, only accounting for 1/8 of the slag produced compared with the common nodulizing treating of ductile iron castings.What is more, the nodulizing cost is lower.
